Busy Bee Tech is a small, family-run business based in Manchester that provides tech devices to charities, public services, and the community. We have helped housing associations in the northwest to provide devices and training to clients who are in need. We treat all data in line with data regulations and secure destruction.
We understand that every client’s needs are different, so we work closely with you to create a tailored solution. Our team of experts will source, prepare, and set up the devices you need, and we can also provide training and support to your clients.
Here is an example of how we work:
- A housing association needed a laptop for one of their clients who had never owned one before. The client lives in supported accommodation.
- We sourced, prepared, and set up a laptop for the client.
- We liaised with the client and their case worker.
- We delivered the laptop and documentation, help guides, and other useful information to the client’s home.
- We booked a one-hour training session at the client’s home.
The total cost of this project was £165.
We find that one-to-one sessions work best for clients, as it allows them to ask any questions they might have and get the specific training they need. Our team is fully CRB-checked and will happily visit your clients with or without you there. If the client needs more training, this can be booked at the standard rate of £15 per hour.
